About this space: Welcome to OKC! You'll be staying at a Comfy 1-bedroom home in the Heart of the Village near Quail Springs Mall. It is only a 5-minute drive to Costo and all the bars and restaurants on Memorial Road. This space is nested behind a tranquil street and is thoughtfully stylishly designed. The unit has 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, and a full kitchen to heat your food and make dinner for your friends and family. This place has 2 units, and you are in Unit B. Long-term stays are welcome.
The space: HOME WITH LARGE BACKYARD & DRIVEWAY PARKING. Home has a closet, ceiling fan. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, microwave, refrig with water/ice in door, dishwasher, electric stove, Mr. Coffee pot and Keurig single serve (complimentary coffee), toaste. Cox internet. Hair Dryer in each bathroom. City Coop has written procedures for staff cleaning, including disinfecting high-touch areas. Guest have access to cleaning supplies for use during their stay. Starter supplies for kitchen cleaning, napkins, paper towels, shampoo, and soap (kitchen and bath). For food safety, no food items are provided except for cooking oil and coffee. Experienced Host!
When you stay at this centrally-located place, your family will be close to everything. This newly renovated spacious guest suite has a stylish living room for relaxing. There is a kitchen with a microwave, fridge, toaster oven, coffee table, etc and dining room. The bathroom is completely renovated, with the standing shower giving you the best and most relaxing shower. You will have a dedicated driveway for parking ( up to 2 small cars) right in front of the house (on the left of the driveway). The rest can park on the street without any cost. There is 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed.

You can access this space ( Unit B) with a private entrance.
You will receive an access code in the check-in instructions and a passcode for the lockbox.
You will have access to your unit only. Please don't access other units, storage room, basement, or garage.
Other things to note
- There are 2 units on this property. This is unit B, located on the right side.
- Unit B's dedicated parking spot is on the right side. Please don’t park on the left side.
- The unit has 1 mini-split to adjust the temperature with the remote control.
- The backyard is available to use.
- Check-in is at 4 p.m. and Check-out is at 11 a.m.
- Same-day booking will be notified of the new check-in time as it might not be ready when you book.
- Please add your pet to the reservation if you plan to bring them.
- We do PEST control monthly, but it’s Oklahoma, and we often get ants and insects visiting the house, especially during the rain or stormy weather. It doesn’t mean we do not clean the house well. If the cleaning team notices during cleaning time sessions, they always try their best to remove them. - --- We followed a cleaning procedure and guidelines but could not control this issue completely. Please find the spray bottle under the sink if you notice ants or some insects.
- The weather in Oklahoma is quite extreme. We will try our best to keep the most comfortable temperature for the house, but we can not guarantee that they will adjust to a level you wish (extremely cold in the summer or extremely hot in the winter). Adjusting the thermostat to that level will damage the A/C system, and you will be responsible for it.

- You can also choose between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver because it protects you if you cause accidental damage during your stay at our place.
**Additional charge**
- Please add your pet to the reservation (We allow Dogs only) if you plan to bring them. The fee is $35 per dog/per stay.
- We will give 1 set of towels per person. The 2nd set needs to be requested 24 hours before checking time. After the 2nd will be $20 per set
- Early check-in at 2 p.m. or late check-out at 1 p.m. is available for a fee of $40. Please let us know 24 hours before we can approve this request to arrange our schedule and collect the payment.
- Please check for all of your personal belongings before check-out. We won’t hold any responsibility for your items. There will be a $50+ shipping fee to ship it to you.
- If you don’t leave our property by 11:00 a.m. (unless late check-out has been approved), you will be charged a late check-out fee of $40 as we have to pay extra for the cleaning team for their wait time or reroute them.
